Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Use

The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare providers for professional medical evidence review, clinical opinion drafting, and related document management within the scope of their licensure and professional practice.

Prohibited Uses

You shall not use the Service to:

- Upload records for which you do not have proper authorization or consent.

- Render clinical opinions or medical assessments outside the scope of your professional licensure.

- Engage in any activity that violates federal, state, or local law, including HIPAA, state privacy laws, or professional licensing regulations.

- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to unauthorized third parties.

- Copy, clone, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service.

- Attempt to circumvent security controls, access restrictions, or authentication mechanisms.

- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

- Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of any person.

- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or professional qualifications.

- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without written authorization.

Enforcement

Valor Hart reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion: (a) issue a warning; (b) suspend your access to the Service; or (c) terminate your account. Serious violations may be reported to applicable licensing boards or law enforcement authorities. Enforcement of this AUP does not create liability for Valor Hart for failing to act in any particular case.
